To get started, we'll have a consultation (virtual or in-person). We can then visit your home, assess the property, answer questions, review market reports and share with you a professional opinion as to how much your home may sell for and an estimated time to have it all done.
If you plan to purchase another home in the area, we can talk about that too and when ready introduce you our buyer specialists. If you are going out of our coverage areas we have a large referral network to connect with someone.
