It's the presentation, coordination and availability for each private viewings and/or open house that make it viewing successful and provide opportunities for buyers to view your property. Ideally, you will want them to get a sense of what it's like to live there, feel at home and motivated to make an offer.

Our team work to help maximize the potential of every viewing and open house. To accomplish that, we guide you on how best to prepare your property so it is ready to market to qualified buyers. At each viewing, we not only draw the attention but also highlight to the buyer all the great qualities of your house.

When it comes to scheduling, we coordinate in advance to select days and times that are as convenient as possible for both you and the buyers. Flexibility is key because it will enable more buyers to see your property. Also, weekends, are very popular for viewings.

Most of this work happens behind the scenes, but there are a 3 basic things you can do to make viewings more successful:

  • Make sure your house is neat and clean.

  • Remove personal items such as family pictures so buyers can imagine themselves living in the house.

  • Let the buyers feel comfortable in the home and view the property without you there. Go and enjoy the park or shopping mall. If there is a pet, take them for a walk.

We realize viewings and open houses can be a little inconvenient. Our team also utilizes Virtual Tours to help minimize the disruptions or inconvenient hours and days.
