  • Team Leader and Listing Specialist: Strategy, marketing, positioning and negotiation; Implementing all that a seller will need to properly position a property for the strongest first impression leading to the capture of the highest, best and most qualified array of buyers.

  • Buyer Specialists: Ultimate guidance. They have their fingers on the pulse of buyer interests, trends, loan options and purchase possibilities. Each holding a strong book of buyer-clients that are actively seeking a place to own throughout the many neighborhoods in NYC and Long Island.

  • Back Office and Field Operator: The support system who expedites the communication with attorneys, loan officers, inspectors etc. They are focused on the necessary work to help your Listing and/or Buyer Specialists stay in the field and in touch with you.

About: Born and raised in Brooklyn, NYC and best known as being the host of From The Neighborhood a YouTube channel he has created to deliver the enjoyable days and places.

As a child he learned of the importance of connecting with the community and building relationships. Confident and forthright, he is forever thinking as a creator and knows this is the outlook toward a better future for all. Holding many positions in various industries since his first job at age 10. He hardly ever needed a job application and upholds the value of a good reputation. Starting at his family bodega, to then owning his own computer network and design business, worked in retail, arts and entertainment, information technology, then as a property manager and real estate broker. Uncomfortable with conforming career titles, he rather be known as a creator of neighborhood stake holding, equity owning, community advocating, transferable wealth builders...basically known as “homeowners”.

He is a second generation real estate practitioner and has practiced sales for over 15 years. He served as the NAHREP 2020 Queens Vice-President and is the leads a team representing private individuals, GSE and corporate clients of residential and multi-family properties.

About: Jelin is a personable, energetic, and upbeat young agent who embraces challenges. She is focused, eager to learn, and believes that simple things like understanding how to prioritize tasks in a workflow can change the future. She loves to spend time connecting with her clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Being born and raised in South America in addition to having a Chinese background has exposed her to a wide range of experiences, perspectives and has strengthened her capacity to adapt. Her multifaceted upbringing not only enables her to fluently speak 3 languages but grants her the readiness to quickly associate with and understand her clients needs. She firmly believes in lifetime partnerships and her key for that is always giving 100% to each transaction.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Jelin was a software engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Her passion lies heavily in problem solving and exploring technology. She loves studying the market and discovering innovations to push her business and elevate her clients to new heights. Efficiency is her top priority and she wastes no time in establishing strong communications, rapport and understanding with everyone that she collaborates with. Aracelis ruiz

About: Originally from Panama, Aracelis’s family came to the United States when she was young. Being raised in a Spanish speaking household, Aracelis grew up bi-lingual and culturally aware. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to work in property management for about 10 years. Since her first multifamily purchase at the age of 24 she has purchased and sold several properties in Boston, New York and Florida. She moved to NYC in 2003 and has since called New York her home.

While still working in property management she went back to school for Interior Design at Parsons. She worked in construction project management and development before she decided that real estate was the one constant common denominator throughout her life. Her diverse knowledge and passion for real estate as well as her kindness and compassion towards people has cultivated an amazing blend of the type of person you want to help you achieve your real estate goals. She feels honored and grateful to have the opportunity to help people and build amazing relationships with clients that she calls friends.

Aisha Shaikh

About: Aisha is a determined individual who joined us from upstate NY. There is little that crosses her path that she won’t resolve. She graduated from college and gained experience in the field of Human Services in the Hudson Valley. Years later, she ventured to NYC to advance her career path. From the start of her search for a NYC apartment, she quickly learned about the importance of location and budget in real estate. If you ask her why she chose her first NYC apartment, she will say “the French doors.. I honestly just loved the French doors.” Truthfully though, it was the experience with the real estate agent and landlord that really struck her in deciding to enter real estate.

This experience is part of the foundation of how she helps her team to excel. Aisha’s exceptional customer service skills, commitment to perfection, meticulous attention to detail, and calm nature, help bind teams and clients. She guides her team with strategies in organization, prioritization, and constantly offering advice. She is personable and relatable to clients from her own experiences. Aisha ensures she manages the processes from pre-listing to post-closing in order for the Team Leader, Buyers Specialist, and Field Operator to excel in their respective areas to provide an experience that is as memorable as her own.
