About: Born and raised in Brooklyn, NYC and best known as being the host of From The Neighborhood a show on YouTube that he has created to support the connection of neighborhoods, the people and real estate agents that help make places into a home.

As a child he learned of the importance of connecting with the community and building relationships. Confident and forthright, he is forever thinking as a creator and knows this is the outlook toward a better future for all. Holding many positions in various industries since his first job at age 10. Hardly ever needing a job application, he upholds the value of a good reputation. Uncomfortable with conforming career titles, he establishes himself as a creator of neighborhood stake holding, equity owning, community advocating, transferable wealth builders...basically known as “homeowners”.

He is a second generation real estate practitioner for over 16 years. He served as the NAHREP 2020 Queens Vice-President and leads a team in the representation private individuals, Government Sponsored Enterprises and corporate clients in their sale of residential and multi-family properties.

Charles Tineo

About: Started his real estate career in 2005 at the age of 21 in NYC. Mentored by his father who had been in the business for over 30 years, Charles has worked in every aspect of the industry by representing buyers, sellers, investors, and banks in both residential and commercial markets.

As a member of the team, Charles specializes working with sellers and is knowledgeable in the handling of short sales, foreclosure alternatives with the skills to produce lender required assessments and reports.

Charles is invested in the needs and goals of his clients. He guides them through the probable challenges and frustration that may come with the process of buying or selling a home.

Charles joined the team upon recognizing its unique vision and growing environment of collaboration, its growing culture, training and core values. In his spare time he loves to spend time with family and friends and also enjoys attending live music events.

Aracelis ruiz

About: Originally from Panama, Aracelis’s family came to the United States when she was young. Being raised in a Spanish speaking household, Aracelis grew up bi-lingual and culturally aware. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to work in property management for about 10 years. Since her first multifamily purchase at the age of 24 she has purchased and sold several properties in Boston, New York and Florida. She moved to NYC in 2003 and has since called New York her home.

While still working in property management she went back to school for Interior Design at Parsons. She worked in construction project management and development before she decided that real estate was the one constant common denominator throughout her life. Her diverse knowledge and passion for real estate as well as her kindness and compassion towards people has cultivated an amazing blend of the type of person you want to help you achieve your real estate goals. She feels honored and grateful to have the opportunity to help people and build amazing relationships with clients that she calls friends.

About: Began her career in real estate over 13 years ago at a small local family offering her to opportunity to become a valuable source to her community. She has delivered solutions such as assisting homeowners locate tenants, incorporate good practices as landlords, enhancing tenant acquisition and retention.

She joined our team in discovering the team's accountability to each other and its customers. Recognizing that fairness and honesty command the direction of the group and guiding every client with the best intention really connected with her beginnings.

On the team she is the outreach to the many past and future clients that continue to have the team as their trusted source for their next real estate move.

Aisha shaikh

Operations Lead

About: Aisha is a determined individual who has grown up in Upstate NY. There is nothing that crosses her path that she won’t resolve. After graduating from college she gained experience in the field of Human Services and began her work in the Hudson Valley. Years later, she ventured to NYC to advance her career path. For her first NYC apartment, Aisha experienced the desire to find a place where she could feel at "home”. She quickly learned about the importance of location and budget in real estate. If you ask her why she chose her first NYC apartment, she will say “the French doors.. I honestly just loved the French doors.” Truthfully though, it was the experience with the real estate agent and landlords that really stuck out in making her final decision.

This experience is part of the foundation of how she helps her team to excel. Aisha’s exceptional customer service skills, commitment to perfection, meticulous attention to detail, and calm nature, help bind teams and clients. She guides her team with strategies in organization, prioritization, and constantly offering advice. She is personable and relatable to clients from her own experiences. Aisha ensures she manages the processes from pre-listing to post-closing in order for the Team Leader, Buyers Specialist, and Field Operator to excel in their respective areas to provide an experience that is as memorable as her own.

Amethyst Noel

About: Amethyst is a New York native, was born in Manhattan and moved to Brooklyn for her early childhood years, and then called Long Island home until she became 21 and returned to New York City. These shifts in her environment taught her to be quick witted and easily adaptable to what ever comes her way.


She has a passion for learning about different cultures and enjoys embracing new challenges that develop her interpersonal skills. She has experience working in the customer service and hospitality fields. This passion and her new found skills led to a career in finance for a well-known property management company which handled hundreds of unit in NYC. This is where she acquired new skills that would open her logistical and critical mind to find a new love for a fusion of among client service and data driven results. Her ability to mind map and make such connections propelled her into the career field she knew she wanted to pursue, Real Estate!


Her aspirations and generosity to help others with a "hands on" approach led her to search and join our team to take on such new challenges and to serve the many clients within the industry she now calls home.
