Listing Specialist: Your representative and the seller's agent, working with you on strategy, marketing, positioning and negotiation. Implementing all that a seller needs to properly position a property for the strongest first impression leading to the attraction of the highest, best and most qualified array of buyers and their agents.
Administrative Team: The support staff who expedites the communication with attorneys, loan officers, inspectors etc. They are focused on the necessary work to help your Listing Specialist stay in the field and in touch with you.
