These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Pro Homeworks LLC and the Customer (“You” or “Client”). By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Refund Policy

All payments made for services are final and non-refundable, except in cases where Pro Homeworks LLC. has explicitly agreed in writing to provide a refund. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to subjective opinions regarding the quality or content of the services provided, nor for cancellations that do not meet our cancellation policy requirements.

 2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and received at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the service. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days  in advance of the scheduled service.

 3. Force Majeure

Pro Homeworks LLC. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government regulations, or failure of suppliers, service providers, or subcontractors. In the event of a force majeure, Pro Homeworks LLC. will use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the services at a mutually convenient time.

 4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Homeworks LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or other economic losses. Pro Homeworks LLC.’s total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

 5. No Guarantee

Pro Homeworks LLC. makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of the services provided. The Client acknowledges that results depend on many factors outside of Pro Homeworks LLC.’s control, and as such, no specific outcomes are promised.

 6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before any legal action is taken. In the event that mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in New York State.

 7. Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute or chargeback related to credit card payments, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with Pro Homeworks LLC.. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of services and you will be responsible for any fees associated with processing the chargeback, including legal fees and interest.

 8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofNew York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance

By engaging in services with Pro Homeworks LLC., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NexusFull™ Network web application and participation in our in-person business networking events. By registering for, accessing, or using the NexusFull™ platform (desktop/mobile), or attending our live events, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NexusFull™ Network platform or attending live events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

2. Eligibility

Users attending NexusFull™ live networking events must adhere to the following code of conduct:

- Be respectful and professional to all attendees.

- Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

- Refrain from unsolicited marketing or promotions without prior consent from event organizers.

- Abide by any additional rules or guidelines provided for specific events.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from a live event for violating this code of conduct, without refund.

6. Membership and Fees

Certain features of the NexusFull™ Network, including premium membership and exclusive event access, may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By purchasing any membership or paid service, you agree to:

- Pay the specified fees as outlined at the time of purchase.

- Abide by any specific terms related to the paid service.

NexusFull™ reserves the right to modify fees, payment terms, or membership structures at any time, with prior notice.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features available on the NexusFull™ Network platform are the intellectual property of NexusFull™ or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or exploit any materials without express permission. By submitting content (e.g., reviews, referrals), you grant NexusFull™ a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

NexusFull™ Network may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party platforms are at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusFull™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NexusFull™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or participation in live events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusFull™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, participation in events, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

NexusFull™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or events at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary by NexusFull™, without prior notice.

12. Amendments
